Beyoncé in Dubai: A World Stage Moment
Leon Lacey was invited to musically direct and conduct for Beyoncé’s private, world-class performance in Dubai. Across just 11 days, he and his team scored over 20 songs, led a full orchestra, and navigated a fast-paced, high-level production — all while managing daily changes, an international cast of musicians, and one of the most technically demanding performances ever staged.
With over 100 dancers, musicians, and creatives involved, the event was more than a concert. Leon conducted with a heart full of purpose and passion, sharing the stage with some of the most talented instrumentalists in the world, bringing together cultures, sounds, and stories on a global scale.
This experience is just one of many milestones in Leon’s musical journey.
